Lincoln Park

Historic brownstones, the lakefront, world-class dining, and some of Chicago's most desirable blocks — a neighborhood that blends the energy of the city with genuine residential charm.

About Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park is one of Chicago's most iconic neighborhoods — 1,200 acres of lakefront park lending their name to the community that wraps around them. Tree-lined streets of greystones and brownstones, the free Lincoln Park Zoo, and miles of lakefront trail are the headline features, but the neighborhood's everyday appeal is its mix of residential calm and walkable commercial corridors.

The area grew up around DePaul University and retains a lively student energy near Fullerton, while blocks closer to the park and lake are anchored by some of the city's most coveted single-family homes. Armitage Avenue, Halsted Street, and Clybourn offer a deep bench of boutiques, restaurants, and theater.

I work closely with clients across Lincoln Park through my team at @properties. Whether you're looking at a vintage walk-up near the zoo, a single-family on a quiet east-of-Lincoln street, or a new-construction townhome closer to Clybourn, I can help you navigate a market that moves quickly and often off-market.
